Let's make healthy meals super easy and fun! We make delicious vegan, oil-free Indian food using fresh, unprocessed, and primarily organic whole food ingredients. All 9 of our foods are also available in a No Salt (SOS-free) version.

We ship on Tuesdays and offer free, express shipping within the contiguous US. As long as your order is in by 5pm ET on Monday, it will arrive between Wednesday and Friday of that same week. Our food ships frozen on dry ice. You don't have to be home to receive it, but will want to collect your package by the end of your delivery day to place the food in your freezer.
